Edhi established the Edhi Foundation Moreover, he set up a welfare trust, titled as the Edhi Trust with a starting amount of a five thousand rupees which was later re-titled as Bilquis Edhi Trust.

He runs over 330 welfare hubs in rural and urban areas of Pakistan which work as nourishment kitchens, recovery homes, covers for surrendered ladies and kids, and centers for the psychologically handicapped people.
